Hello families!
My name is Mr. Jim Smith, and I am the 6th grade Assistant Principal at Kernodle Middle School. I look forward to partnering with you and your child to help this be a successful transition into middle school. I have 28 years of experience working in elementary and middle schools in North Carolina. I have two master's degrees. I have a master's degree in counseling education from NC A & T State University and a master's degree from UNCG in school administration. I also have five children and can relate to the parenting role as well. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or seek support for your child from our staff or myself.
